Kolonne Null creates premium non-alcoholic wines in collaboration with award-winning European winemakers. Since 2018, they have been traveling through the wine world and have built up what is probably the most specialized non-alcoholic wine company in the entire world. Their own wine lab is in continual exchange with their partner winemakers and research institutions to regularly raise the bar of what is achievable.

They present their sparkling-fresh Cuvée Blanc No.01 – a harmonious interplay of yellow fruit notes from pear and mirabelle, rounded off with a touch of typical brioche aromas. The elegant acidity is balanced by a delicately creamy, fine-bubbled texture.
