Kolonne Null Launches Studio Italiano Spritz, Awarded 94 Points by Falstaff Magazine

Berlin — Kolonne Null, Germany’s leading non-alcoholic wine producer, announced the launch of Studio Italiano Spritz, a non-alcoholic aperitivo inspired by the Milanese tradition of the sundown ritual.

Studio Italiano pairs natural essences of bitter orange and bergamot with Kolonne Null’s Spumante base—a dealcoholized sparkling wine crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Glera grapes. The result is a bittersweet aperitivo with a fine, delicate perlage, designed for the unhurried pace of Italian aperitivo culture.

“Aperitivo isn’t a time of day. It’s an attitude,” said the Kolonne Null team. “Studio Italiano is born where Milanese elegance meets a hint of mischief, un sorso di dolce vita.

The launch has already earned critical recognition. The sommeliers at Falstaff Magazine awarded Studio Italiano Spritz 94 points out of 100, placing it among the highest-rated non-alcoholic aperitivos on the European market.

Studio Italiano Spritz is available now via the Kolonne Null web shop.
