Les Fleurs du Mal come from the maceration of Black Elderflowers, a 3 to 6 meter shrub that grows wild in the northern half of France, on their hedgerows and in their gardens.
It is scented with elderflower and lemon to give it a touch of acidity. It is very light on the palate and is largely consensual. It allows you to approach kombucha when you don't know this drink.
It flowers from late May to early July. Its white, umbrella-shaped flowers give off a captivating scent, which, after maceration and decoction, allows you to make elderflower syrups which are also used in pastries.
