Sprigster Garden Brut is a delicately sparkling fizz with a delightfully fruity nose and crisp, clean finish. Crafted from ethically sourced and locally grown ingredients with an added sprinkling from our English country garden, every drop of effervescent liquid is a complex, beautifully dry and refreshing sip. Packed with wholesome goodness and containing zero added sugar or nasties this celebratory drink is ready to share with good friends and good food.
Sparkling - Light Tannins- Red Berries Fade To Black is our sparkling cuvée of fermented red currants, chamomile kefir, fig leaf and pine needle kvass.
Citrus - Stone Fruits - Bitter The Sound is a still, fermented blend of luxurious complexity, named after the strip of ocean that separates Copenhagen from Sweden. Inspired by the team’s lazy evenings by the water, sipping orange wines and vermouth, and tending the barbeque. The base is made from apricots which have been roasted to caramel brown, toasted hay, and salted magnolia flowers. It is given extra tannin from Yunnan tea, marigold and pine sap. This base is then fermented in multiple ways, using Pichia Kluyveri yeast and kefir grains, to recreate the types of acidity one finds in natural wines. The blend is finished with a maceration of citrus skins and kaffir lime leaf, giving it a bright, slightly bitter finish.

Warm & serve Your Gløgg is already premixed so all you need to do is warm it up gently in a pot while stirring. Serve in a cup with a mix of almonds, dried cranberries and a fresh slice of orange.
