A fresh, sparkling drink made from non-alcoholic wine (< 0.5% vol.). The basis is formed by healthy, organically produced Riesling grapes, which were harvested by hand and then pressed whole bunches.
The base wine was made in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine was dealcoholized and bubbled. In terms of taste, the Blanc Pur is close to Brut and shows the typical Riesling aromas, such as white peaches and apples. It delights in the glass thanks to its fine perlage. The pure Blanc Pur is 100% organic and 100% vegan.
