Inspired by the Italian culture of Aperitivo hour, we have developed our second aperitivo. It’s bold and memorable, leaves you with a long herbal finish and lighter stomach so that you can indulge in your favorite meal. On the top of your nose, you sense a variety of herbal and floral notes. The middle palette is taken by characteristic gentian flavor, accompanied by cloves and sage. It has a well-balanced taste with bold bitter notes. Thyme and sage leave you with a long herbal finish.
The Pathfinder Hemp and Root is a fermented and distilled liquid with the intense flavor and aromatic characteristics of a spirit, with none of the harmful effects of alcoholic beverages. In drinks, we recommend Hemp and Root in our signature spritz recipe, but it can also be taken as a shot, sipped neat, served on the rocks, or used to modify a multitude of classic cocktails. In other words, it fits right into the back bar of your favorite cocktail destination as well as it does your home bar cart. This ingenious spirit is fermented from hemp and carefully refined by copper pot distillation. The base liquid is then blended with an alchemy of wormwood, angelica root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel and wild-crafted Douglas-fir, as well as natural terpenes, to yield a revolutionary spirit of both character and complexity.
Harmony Alpine Digestif was inspired by the flavors of traditional amaros from the Italian Alps. It’s bold, herbaceous and loaded with natural ingredients like green cardamom, dandelion, eucalyptus and sweet wormwood. This spirit is a complex mix of over a dozen botanicals to soothe body and mind. It’s great also great for digestion and heart health. Tasting Notes: Pine, mint and bitter with a wonderful cooling sensation from eucalyptus and peppermint. How to Use It: Try it simply chilled as an after dinner drink. You can also serve it with ice, club soda and a twist of citrus as an “amaro and soda.” Or try a Harmony Sbagliato.
Made with heroic botanicals, informed by 16th century recipes from the legendary German botanists, Valerius Cordus
