Wiper and True uses cutting-edge technology to capture carbon dioxide produced during beer’s fermentation, preventing its release into the atmosphere. The CO2 is cleaned, stored and reused elsewhere in the brewing and packaging processes, creating a closed loop and reducing their carbon footprint.
