Eng_01 from Villbrygg. Eng is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants meadowsweet, fireweed, and sweet vernal grass, collected by our network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway. Combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud farm in Oslo.
A sparkling fresh drink with mature flavours. Tasting notes of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, vanilla, citrus. Lots of tannins.
