You may be curious about the “lightly fizzy”. Typically, in a wine there are three parts. The fruit up front, the texture in the back and the mid-palate. We tasted over 40 alcohol-removed wines and found none had the mid-palate, the body of a real wine. So, our winemaker added a little CO2 to give it some texture, some weight, which we feel gives it that roundness that makes it an even better wine! It’s not sparkling – it's just a little tingly!
