No Ghost in a Bottle Herbal Delight was launched on the market in November 2018. This non-alcoholic spirit is prepared by using natural and botanical distillates. Herbal Delight is a distillate obtained from the steam of six different herbs, the main ones being rosemary, cinnamon and black pepper. It boasts added depth thanks to small amounts of apple vinegar and apple juice.

No Ghost in a Bottle Ginger Delight was launched in January 2020, one year after the two previous No Ghost vintages. It is a perfect complement to these two other spirits. Ginger Delight is prepared with natural and botanical distillates of ginger and juniper. This spirit is also flavoured with apple vinegar and ginger juice.

No Ghost in a Bottle Floral Delight was launched in November 2018, at the same time as Herbal Delight. This non-alcoholic spirit is produced from botanical distillates of flowers such as yarrow, chamomile and verbena. Apple vinegar is also added. The inclusion of a small amount of raspberry juice not only gives it a beautiful natural colour but also complexity.
